I know the high pinion and locker part (on some)

what years were these avalible?

are the same gear ratios as the standard cut minitruck axles' avalible

4.0 - 4.10 - 4.30 - 4.88 - 5.29 - 5.71 ??

R&P gears are 4.10, 4.56, 4.88, & 5.29

8" 3rd Members are interchangable with pickup/4Runner

Knuckle/birfs/bearings/inner axles are all a little larger & stronger than pickup/4Runner.

Axle width is 62"
i always thought they were 63.5", but i guess you have one and ought to know.

They are, I have on as well. I measured mine at 63.5".

The birfs are about 4.25" wide at the bell.

Brakes are a little better, bearings are a little bigger. They do accept Mini truck locking hubs, and that's all I can think of right now.

I thought somewhere in the 93-94ish range the stub axle on the birfield was made slightly longer. I know there are two versions of the flange that bolts in place of the locking hub. So I'm not sure if the mini hub bolts on properly to the later axles. It does on the early 91-92's for sure, but just not sure on the later axles.

I'm don't know about this, but my axle is a '93, and my Mini Truck hubs fit fine.

The later ones are longer. The lockouts still fit, but you can't run the C-clip on the end of the stub. It won't fit into the cap of the lockout, and even with it in there it does no good. There's a good 1/4" gap between the clip and the inside of the hub where it's supposed to sit up against.

You need to tack your inner axles so the birf won't slide into the knuckle too far if you're running these later birf's and lockouts.

I just measured mine out of a '91 FJ80....it's 63" WMF to WMF.....corroborated that number on ih8mud as well since I'm seeing 63-64" on various sites.

Sorry for bringing back the dead....just disappointed to see how narrow this thing really is.
