Heim joint for track bar fab

I have a WJ conversion with the JKS track bar bracket. I am using 1.5" x .25 DOM with a 1" ID for the bar. I have no problem finding a 3/4" heim joint set up for the 2" frame side bracket. My problem is finding a heim joint set up for the 1.5" JKS track bar bracket on the axle side.
I found a 5/8" heim joint kit that will fit a 1.5" bracket, but the tube inserts for that size heim joint are for 3/4" id tube and (as I said before) I have a 1" id tube.

I need to find a tube insert that will fit the 5/8" heim joint and a 1" id tube or I need to find a 3/4" heim joint that will fit a 1.5" bracket. Any ideas??
I am trying to avoid using a bushing on the axle side.

I was told not to use a 5/8" joint for the track bar. I ended up getting right and left hand thread 7/8" heims. Using the misalignment spacers for the 2" bracket and using tapered 1/4" thick washers as spacers for the 1.5" bracket side.
Using a 5/8" bolt thru the misalignment spacers and using a 3/4" bolt thru the heim with the tapered washers. The tapered washers have a 3/4" opening to match the 7/8" heim. Just have to drill the holes in the brackets to match.

Got everything thru ruff stuff. They had tube inserts for a 1" id with the 7/8" heims. I'll post up after it's done.....maybe put up a pic or two if anyone is interested.

No more sloppy bushings on the track bar! This should really help with getting rid of death wobble once and for all. I am also re-building all my RE long arms, etc.
