is there anyone that you can send a harness to and have it cut down to make it run by it self as a standalone for a 3.4? or is there anyone on here that has done it that has a diagram? i know people swap these engines all the time. thanks for any info

any other ideas? leaning more toward the ORS harness but really not wanting to spend that kinda coin. i assume if i were to use the dash harness i have to strip the whole harness out of the dash to strip? i sold the truck and the new owner wants me to keep the wiring as complete as possible but i need to save as much money as i can by trying to use the same harness

just to kind of get everybody up to speed.

in my somewhat limited research, i have not been able to find anybody selling terminals to build a stand alone. and the ones that look like they have the pieces, i could never get in contact with.

so that pretty much leaves factory parts, new or used. buying the connectors from dealer is gravy and they are reasonably priced. considering you need 3 or 4 connectors to build the "stand alone" single repair pins from the stealer are like 7$ each and pigtailed.

for this group the best, cheapest easiest is to get a cab harness and TIS and learn things.

or send the cab harness to people like me or those listed above to decipher/build it for you.
