The upper fluctuated between $549-$349-$299 for over a month, and every damn time it went on sale at $299 I didn't jump on it quick enough, or I didn't have the cash. There was a 4 day weekend where it was a special at $299 with free shipping, sold out in an hour, and I stalked that website every hour in case it came back. Finally a couple of weeks ago it popped up at $299 and I jumped on it.

i guess what pushes my cost up is the mag block on top of that.

All of PSA's AR9 bolts are hybrids, both ramped and relieved for the Glock mag lips. They'll work with either style.

Form 1 lower and all that stuff too. so yeah, it probably washes.

but still cheaper than the cheapest roller locker, and more reliable too.

Mine runs like a raped ape since the firing pin hit its first primer.

CMMG ramped bolt, Hahn bottom loading LRBHO adapter, no-name blem barrel from JBO.

Although I have junk sights on mine that were left over from some trade long ago. Once I pick up a TRS-1 I'll be right up there and more just like everyone else.

Interesting data on 9mm velocity and energy vs barrel length. not nearly as much difference as I thought.

trying to talk myself into a Vortex Sparc AR. may not be very hard as the reviews look good and can be had sub-$200.

I built mine using all PSA glock stuff. $700 ish including cheap sight and no Sig brace yet....wishing I would've built a rifle .:shaking:

Only run a few mags through it but it runs perfect.

that's what I have on mine. Works great and shooting both eyes open is no problem.

Waiting on a stamp so it's not assembled. Seems good and honestly I'm kind of happy I went with it instead of waiting for a standard. Don't have any side chargers until now so it's a good addition. Seems to be good quality.

I have no need for it, but I have been thinking about using a LAW Tactical side folding stock adapter. You have to modify the bolt for it to work though.

Thanks, I might have to get one or two of these.

Looks like its made by New Frontier Armory. Longer charging handle and a smaller relief for the bolt catch. A little cheaper too

pay attention to the note they have in there about handguards with anti-rotation tabs. i guess the charging handle comes forward and hits where that tab overlaps the upper.
