Sweeet build. Im totally digging your build. Personally i would have liked to see the rear main hoop and top of the cab cage closer to the cab but looks good anyways! Looking forward to seeing it finished!:smokin:

I like how the front turned out as far as distance from the cab but I agree the rear hoop could be better for sure but tube is spendy :flipoff2:

I Love it!!!!! couldn't be happier you can make a 180 degree bend without stopping to reset the die which is a huge time saver and the degree wheel is very easy to read making it easy to get my bends right the first time. There is a video of me using the bender in the "check it out here" thread in my sig. The video shows bending a few sticks of tube and goes over some of the key features of the bender check it out.

I think it will look even better once we get that lil chunk of fender back in after it is trimmed, there will also be a bar that comes from the door hoop to the hood support bar should look like

Please don't do drugs, light the bender on fire and attempt to blow it up before you bend tube, because that's what it will look like! :flipoff2:

Truck should look sick when it's all together.

As of now were open to suggestions to fill the gap between the grill and the front of the frame (the orange area)
The winch goes behind the frame, rope goes through it, fairlead bolted to the front of frame.

wow... nice tires. do you by chance wheel with anyone on 39 or 42" iroks? how much do they weight and measure? nice build by the way!
Friend of mine just picked up a set of 39.5" IROK's but I haven't had a chance to see them yet but the MTR's are weightless I can't believe how light they are!

for the orange area i would really like to see just a plate there with the winch completely behind it. maybe a couple of small headlights in the upper corners. i also think that some kcs on the hood (by the windshield) would look good on this truck. most trucks dont.

ooooo idea. instead of headlights have 2 more lateral cutouts to match the grill. and put some mesh behind it.

is a rad going to be behind it or in the bed?

Radiator is going up front, I was thinking of using some kind of expanded metal for the bottom with the winch behind it like this

Taken from the Goodyear site:
Size: 42X14.50R17LT
Rim width: 10.0 - 12.0
Rim width measured: 12.00
Section Width: 14.7
Height: 41.8
Load rating: 3,195 @ 35psi

I'll try to remember to put one on a scale this weekend and post up the weight.
They do feel quite light for the size of tire.
