Parts showed up!!!

Springs from Pac. Front 150/200 rear 100/200.

After putting the filler neck on I couldn't dump fuel without it blowing back in my face. I had to pull it apart to add the baffles, so I stepped the vent line up to 1" and a larger check/rollover valve.

Got the winch mounted, still need to add to 2 more bars.

I pulled the t/stat housing and just tapped it for a temp sender. Theres a flat round spot that seems like it was made to add a sensors. Dropped the t/stat down to 180* and now the fan accually comes on and off.

Is it normal for a 9" with a Grizzly locker to have about 1/8 turn before the axles start to turn? The trans shifts nice and firm:D and the rear clunks pretty good.

Looks sharp! Your spring rates are pretty close to mine in the rear, but you are a good bit lighter up front. I'm thinking I'm going to need to drop down a bit more before I get into the sand.

What AN size is that rollover vent? I've only found them up to -8.
McKenzies has them. It's a -10. The -8 that came with the cell had two maybe 3/16 holes. This valve has four 1/2" openings for the air to vent.

If they are as similar to Detroits as they seem to be, yeah. I've got detroits front and rear in 9"s, and I facking HATE the slop they inherently put into the drivetrain. I'm ready to get rid of the rear detroit for an ARB or similar just so I can get away from that slack

Well I guess that's good. From what I've heard the Grizzly is a Detroit:D

My front is a 60 with a Detroit and doesn't have the same slack.

frontbumper winch mount Brace ??

Are you going to tie in the front bumper winch mount to Front Hoop ?
Might need a brace NO ??, Hurley ,What catch cans are you using for engine ,
Psc has new vent with tip over ball valve work great and will pass New Tech Rules .

Nice Build

I have been watching you and Dj for awhile now, love both of your builds...Question on the front shock springs, dj runs 200/200 14" and 16" on a 14" c/o shock, you are running 150/200 seem like you guys are getting really soft...what are your spring lenghths? Does it crawl better than run fast in the desert? Seems like you must bottom the shock and really use your bumps...I believe Zukizzy is helping both of you guys so why the difference with pretty similar Rigs?? Thx

I haven't driven it with the 150/200 yet so I can't say. I also have 14" upper and 16" lower springs. I'm going with what Wayne rec. I had 200/250 in the front before and with no preload it was sitting 2" to high after I changed some stuff. I don't run bumps and never bottom out the shocks,(I'm also a pussy in the desert:D) but I'm also running a internal bypass shock.

I'm no shock tuner, but the springs are setup with preload to get the correct ride height and the valving is where all the magic happens:D
